We are delighted to inform you that ICoME 2024 will take place in Tokyo. Given the current influx of inbound travelers, we advise securing your accommodations early as hotels tend to fill up quickly.
The venue is conveniently located near JR Nakano station, just a short 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku, placing it right at the heart of Tokyo.
In addition to hotels, Airbnb is also a viable option for lodging. Particularly for groups, Airbnb offers great convenience. With options ranging from entire houses to individual rooms in apartments, it caters well to varying group sizes.
Furthermore, rental bicycles are available, making commuting from the station hassle-free even if your accommodation is a bit further away.
